The warranty on electrical products is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery.
The warranty extends to 3 years if the customer has purchased the 1-year extension.
If any electrical part of the device shows defects during the warranty period, a new replacement product will be provided free of charge.

You will receive an automatic response. Kindly reply to the email with a video clearly showing that the product is not working (e.g., the device is on, charging, or connected).
If you are unable to demonstrate the defect via video, we may request that you return the product for inspection by our warehouse.
Please note: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender, and we do not accept cash-on-delivery return shipments.
