Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with the relevant provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and the European Union’s Consumer Rights Directive, customers have the right to withdraw from a contract for the purchase of goods without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

1. Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of goods within 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you the payments received, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

4. Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, including packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods were delivered in a manner that is different from what was agreed.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Custom-made or personalized goods.
  • Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Audio or video recordings or computer software that have been opened by you.
  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines.

6. Conditions for Returning Goods

The goods must be returned in their original packaging, and in an unused, undamaged condition, with all labels and seals intact. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of the refund in the event that the goods are returned in a condition that diminishes their value.

Please ensure that the items are properly packed to avoid damage during the return process.

8. Consumer’s Responsibility

Please note that you are only responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
